The learned counsel for the plaintiff and defendant no.1 submit that the plaintiff and defendant no.1 have settled their disputes and have executed a Settlement Agreement dated 06.06.2024 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

They submit that defendant no.2 was only a proforma party, and no relief is claimed or granted in the Settlement Agreement against the said defendant.

The authorized representative of the plaintiff is appearing physically before the Court, while the authorized representative of defendant no.1 appears virtually, and have been identified by the counsels. They affirm that they were duly authorized by the respective parties to sign the Settlement Agreement on the terms stated therein. The application is signed by these authorized representatives of the parties, who, along with the application, have also produced the resolution/letter of authority authorizing them to execute the settlement.

I have perused the terms of the settlement and find the same to be lawful.

Accordingly, a decree in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 06.06.2024 is hereby passed. Let a decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.

As the parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the court fee deposited by the plaintiff shall be returned to the plaintiff. Let a certificate of refund in this regard be prepared and handed over to the counsel for the plaintiff.
