1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner very fairly states that in terms of the revaluation of the Petitioner‟s answers, he still does not make the cut. He nevertheless pleaded that for the years 2017 - 2018, if there are vacancies, his candidature should be considered on the basis of his performance in the test in 2016.
2. Learned counsel for the Respondents points out that there will be a separate test conducted for filling up the vacancies for 2017 and 2018.
3. In that view of the matter, no further directions are called for in this petition. The petition is dismissed.
