% 26.09.2016 Status report is taken on record. I have heard learned counsel. I am not inclined to grant bail. However, the conclusion of the Trial Court is expedited. The Trial Court may complete recording of the remaining prosecution evidence within the next six weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that no adjournment shall be sought on behalf of the petitioner and that defence evidence shall also be produced without any delay.
In case the petitioner cooperates and does not seek adjournment, it is hoped that the recording of the defence evidence shall also be concluded within twelve weeks from today.
The petition stands disposed of. Dasti.
