Bail Appln. 1642/2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was working as Nursing Attendant. No public witness was joined at the time of recovery of alleged country made pistol with four live cartridges. FIR has been registered under Section 25 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is in custody for last about 2 months. Petitioner has no past criminal record. Petitioner may be admitted to bail.

Keeping in mind totality of the facts and circumstances of the case,

petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
