Perusal of the suit record reflects that the suit was valued for the purposes of decree of partition of Rs. 50 lacs and for the purposes of rendition of account at Rs.60,000/- and the Court Fee was filed accordingly. The value of the suit is therefore less than Rs.2 crore.
