% 27.10.2016 CO.APPL. 4266/2016 The present joint application seeks to place on record the Memorandum of Settlement dated 07.10.2016 entered into by and between the parties herein. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present company petition in terms of the aforesaid settlement dated 07.10.2016, particularly in view of the circumstance that they have already received the entire payment in pursuance thereto by way of demand draft.

In view of the foregoing, the application is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present company petition. The application is disposed of accordingly.
