% 17.07.2018 Allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature. It is alleged that petitioner had assaulted the police officer and got released one boy, namely, Sachin, who was apprehended by HC Girdhari Lal. Learned APP submits that petitioner is a B.C. of Nabi Karim area. He is involved in more than 13 cases. He has no respect for the law. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, no case is made out to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail application is dismissed.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
