% 04.03.2016 Present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "a. Issue the writ of certiorari to quash the Notification No.08(RE 2006)/2004-2009 dated 12/06/2006 of the respondent No.2.

b. Issue the writ of mandamus against the respondents to release the balance 5% of the duty entitlement in the name of the petitioner with fresh validation. c. pass any other or direction in the interest of justice." This matter was repeatedly adjourned to await the judgment of the Supreme Court in various SLPs and Transfer Petitions filed by the Director General of Foreign Trade.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the Apex Court has disposed of all the Transfer Petitions as well as the Civil Appeals pending before it by way of a judgment dated 27th

October, 2015, the present writ petition be also disposed of in terms of the said judgment.

Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of in accordance with the judgment of the Supreme Court in Director General of Foreign Trade & Anr. vs. M/s Kanak Exports & Anr., Civil Appeal No.554/2006 passed on 27th October, 2015. MANMOHAN, J MARCH 04, 2016 KA
