% 12.01.2016 CS(OS) 3283/2012 Learned proxy counsel for plaintiff has submitted that the present matter as well as connected cross suit vide CS(OS) 1163/2011 are pending before learned Local Commissioner for evidence of defendant's witnesses in the said cross suit, which is the lead case. She has further submitted that the said cross suit has already been transferred to South District, Saket Court for 05.04.2016 and has requested that the present matter may also be transferred for the same date.

Accordingly, in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter is also transferred to South District, Saket Court Complex, Delhi for 05.04.2016 at 10.00 a.m., to be listed alongwith CS(OS) 1163/2011. The next date of hearing i.e. 27.05.2016, earlier given stands recalled.
