% 22.04.2018 The parties have mutually agreed that besides the release of sum of `8,59,000/- (Rupees Eight Lac Fifty Nine Thousand only) already made to the claimant/respondent No.1 out of the amounts lying deposited with this Court, a sum of `1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lac Fifty Thousand only) shall be released to the claimant towards full and final satisfaction of the claim; the remaining amount besides the statutory amount of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) be released to the appellant/insurance company.
