% 18.07.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that a demolition order having been issued on 28.4.2016 by the competent Authority qua illegal construction raised by respondent nos.2 to 5 in property No.7676, Gali Munshi Abdul Rahim Wali, Quresh Nagar, Sadar Bazar, Delhi. No action has been taken.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent no.1 has put in appearance. He undertakes that the demolition order will be implemented in true letter and spirit and appropriate action will be taken within an outer limit of 8 weeks from today in accordance with

law.

Copy of the action taken will be furnished to the petitioner. Order dasti under signatures of the Court Master. Petition disposed of.
