% 22.04.2018 The parties have mutually agreed that the principal amount of `20,07,199/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs Seven Thousand One Hundred and Ninety Nine only) in the impugned award be reduced to `17,25,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Lakhs and Twenty Five Thousand only) with the interest provided in the impugned award and the other terms, remaining the same. The impugned award stands modified to that effect. Excess amounts be refunded to the Insurance Company along with the statutory amount of `25,000/-. The impugned award stands modified accordingly.
