CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.K.GAUBA

O R D E R

% 18.07.2018 The petitioner is the father-in-law of Madhubala who committed suicide by hanging in the matrimonial home on 05.05.2018.

She was married to the son of the petitioner on 02.12.2015.

There are clear allegations as to his complicity in the acts of commission or omission, inter alia, constituting the offence of dowry death not only in a note statedly left on the wall of the room where the suicide was committed but also in a very detailed suicide note which is stated to have been left behind by Madhubala. In these facts and circumstances, it is not a fit case for release of the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

The bail application and the application filed therewith are dismissed.
