% 12.08.2016 By this application, petitioner seeks interim bail for two months on the ground of taking care of his ailing wife who is suffering from depression with panic attacks. It is submitted that wife of the petitioner is receiving treatment from the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS).
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prior thereto petitioner's wife was receiving treatment from Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital.
Petitioner is in custody for about 22 months. It is further submitted that petitioner was earlier released on interim bail for one week by the trial court and he surrendered on completion of the said interim bail period.
Keeping in mind the above facts, petitioner is admitted to interim bail
for a period of six weeks from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. On completion of interim bail petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent. Application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
