% 02.09.2016 Mr. Dutta submits that the charge sheet is ready and the same has been sent to the prosecution for scrutiny. In these circumstances, there is no need for custodial interrogation of the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. In case of his arrest, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing of personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The petitioner shall, however, cooperate and join the investigation as and when called for. He shall neither contact the complainant nor any of the probable witnesses or try to coerce or threaten them.
Petition stands disposed of.
