IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI

+ CRL.M.C. 3500/2018 and Crl. M.A. 12709/2018 RAJARAM ..... Petitioner Through: Mr. Saroj Kumar Jha, Advocate versus THE STATE (GOVT OF N.C.T. DELHI) ..... Respondent Through: Mr. Akshai Malik, APP with SI Ram Naresh, PS Amar Colony

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.K.GAUBA

O R D E R

% 18.07.2018 The order dated 21.05.2018 of the court of Sessions in session case no.2565/2016 whereby non-bailable warrants were issued against the petitioner on account of he having jumped bail and not appearing at the time of trial, was executed and he was taken into custody by order dated 10.07.2018.

Thus, the order which is challenged has already been executed. The prayer for setting aside of the said orders by the petition under Section 482 Cr. PC is wholly misconceived. Even otherwise, there is no illegality or irregularity in the impugned orders.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed. R.K.GAUBA, J JULY 18, 2018 yg
