% 30.01.2025 Learned counsel for the appellant no. 2, on instructions, states that the appellant no. 2 does not want to pursue the matter. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in any case, the appeal has become infructuous as the decree has already been executed by the appellants.

The perusal of the appeal filed indicates that the appellant no. 1 was the Registrar appointed by the appellant no. 2 to issue for its Initial Public Offer. The main contesting party is the appellant no. 2 and since the appellant no. 2 does not want to pursue the matter, there is no purpose of continuing with the matter.

Accordingly, the present appeal along with pending applications, stands dismissed as withdrawn being infructuous.
