% 18.07.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 4th February, 2016 for change of route for plying his RTV vehicles. It is the case of the petitioner that two routes already granted to him are not economically feasible. The petitioner is a person with disability and has time and again represented to the respondents that his routes be changed.

Keeping in view the limited relief sought by the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner's application/representation dated 4th February, 2016 within a period of eight weeks, if not already decided, in accordance with law.

This Court, however, clarifies that it has not expressed any

opinion on the merits of the controversy. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
