% 27.01.2017 CM No.3196/2017 This is an application for extension of time for implementation of the order dated 30.9.2016. Para 8 of the order dated 30.9.2016 reads as under: "8. The arrears will be paid within a period of 4 months from today, failing which the respondents would pay interest @ 6% per annum."

In view of above, the applicant would be liable to pay interest @ 6% p.a. in view of the delay. The application is accordingly disposed of in terms of para 8.
