Nos.35334/2018 (for withdrawal of the petition), 28008/2018 (for stay) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the matter has now been resolved between the parties, she wishes to withdraw the present petition. She, however, submits that in case the respondent no.2 does not act in accordance with the terms of the settlement, she may be granted liberty to approach the Court again, if the need so arises.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending applications with liberty as prayed for.
