This is a joint application moved for extension of time for pronouncement and publication of the award by the Arbitral Tribunal. 3.

The averments made in the application is that the first procedural hearing in the matter was held on 27.02.2017. 4.

I am informed that the matter is at the stage of final hearing and that the arguments on behalf of the petitioner/claimant stand concluded.

Accordingly, counsel for parties pray that the time for pronouncement and publication of the award be extended till 31.12.2018.
