% 23.02.2017 CM APPL. 44081/2016 Today learned counsel for the parties have drawn this Court's attention to the order dated 7th January, 2017 passed by the Additional District Judge in Ex. Pet. 563/2016. Both the counsel state that the only issue outstanding as of today is deposit of TDS amount. Learned counsel for respondents assures and undertakes to this Court that a sum of Rs. 7,20,000/- towards TDS shall be deposited with the Income Tax authorities within a period of three months. The undertaking given by learned counsel for the respondents is accepted by this Court and respondents are held bound by the same.

A copy of the TDS certificate shall be furnished by the respondents to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.

With the aforesaid directions, present application stands disposed of. MANMOHAN, J FEBRUARY 23, 2017 rn
