O R D E R

% 24.07.2018 Mr. Atul Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the CBSE, on instructions, states that the latter shall conduct a reexamination in the subject English Core (301), for the petitioner on 27.07.2018, at 11:00 am at a centre to be intimated to the petitioner through his counsel as well, on their mobile numbers. Mr. Atul Kumar, learned counsel further states that the result of the said re-examination shall be declared along with the result of the Compartmental Examination 2018, in the first week of August, 2018. Directed accordingly.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on

instructions, states that the latter shall write the examination on the said date, subject to being apprised of the venue. In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage. With the above directions, the present petition is disposed of accordingly.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties under signature of the Court Master.
