% 08.02.2017 Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 fairly states that one seat in EWS category has become vacant in the interregnum i.e. after the last date of hearing and the said seat can be offered to the minor petitioner. He states, the father of the petitioner can contact the school for completing further formalities.

It must be made clear that the admission of the minor petitioner would be subject to verification of the documents by the School from the authorities.

In view of the statement made by the Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1

and 2, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the grant of seat shall satisfy the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition and nothing further survives for adjudication by this Court.
