O R D E R

% 19.07.2018 The petitioner seeks interim bail to attend his sister's marriage which is scheduled for tomorrow i.e. 20.07.2018 in Delhi. According to Mr. Amit Gupta, the learned counsel for the State the factum of the scheduled marriage has been verified by the State. Since, the petitioner has been charged of a murder, he is granted custody interim bail for two days i.e. 20.07.2018 and 21.07.2018. At least one of the police officers ensuring judicial custody of the petitioner shall be in uniform. This order shall be communicated to the Jail Superintendent concerned today for compliance. It shall also be communicated by the respondent through a police officer.

The petition is disposed off in the above terms. A copy of this order be given dasti to the parties, under the signature of the Court Master.
