Pursuant to the order dated 23.7.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner hands over a copy of the Signal dated 24.8.2018, stating inter alia that the petitioner's case has been re-examined and the Competent Authority has agreed to defer his transfer order till 31.12.2018, on the condition that he must report to his new place of posting to 229 Bn., by 01.01.2019. A copy of the Signal dated 24.8.2018 is taken on record. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner undertakes to report to 229 Bn., on or before 01.1.2019. 3.

While binding the petitioner with the aforesaid submission and taking note of the Signal dated 24.08.2018, the petition is disposed of along with the pending applications.
