O R D E R

% 18.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is aged about 45 years. Complainant is neighbour of the petitioner. A quarrel took place between the petitioner's son and brother of complainant over the price of a pair of shoes.

Initial verbal altercations were followed by scuffle. Petitioner tried to intervene to pacify them. He did not assault the complainant. Despite this he has been implicated in the matter. Learned APP submits that complainant has specially alleged in the FIR that in the scuffle petitioner's son pressed her breast; whereas petitioner tore her clothes.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's son has already been granted anticipatory bail. It is submitted that petitioner may also be granted anticipatory bail.

Keeping in mind totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
