% 10.08.2018 It is stated that the respondents have taken possession of the premises bearing Quarter No. 37/II, Okhla S.D.W on 9th August, 2018. Learned counsel for the appellant states that some of his belongings/goods have been damaged.
Counsel for the respondent controverts the said submission and states that they were able to take possession after great difficulty. He also states that some of the officials present had taken videos and photographs on the mobile phone which would controvert the contention of counsel for the appellant. Appellant is also liable to pay occupation damages.
Keeping in view the limited controversy involved in the present appeal, no further order or direction is required. We clarify that we have not made any comments or observations with regard to damage to the alleged goods or property
of the appellant. Counsel for the appellant, at this stage, submits that some of the officials have used derogatory language with reference to the orders passed by this Court. We clarify that we have not made any comments on this aspect either.
