% 02.11.2016 After some arguments, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions submits that he would like to withdraw the present petition as his client would like to move an appropriate application before the Supreme Court for clarification of the order dated 26.05.2014. He, however, seeks liberty to approach this court again in case some favourable order is passed by the Supreme Court.

Granting the said liberty, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
