% 13.08.2018 It is stated that the ordinance that was impugned by these proceedings has now been enacted by the Parliament, though the assent is awaited. In these circumstances, this court is of the opinion

that these petitions are rendered infructuous. However, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved, he would be at liberty to approach the court in the light of the subsequent developments. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petitions are disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
