% 03.08.2016 Petitioner seeks parole for three weeks on the ground that his mother has to undergo eye operation. It is submitted that mother of petitioner is suffering from partial blindness and there is no one at home to look after her as father of petitioner is a senior citizen.
Status report has been filed.
Address of the petitioner has been verified. It has also been verified that petitioner's mother is to be operated on 8th August, 2016. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of three weeks from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner shall
stay at D-3, Shivram Park, Nangloi, Nazafgarh Road, Delhi - 110041 and shall not leave the territorial bounds of Delhi. He shall report to the SHO of police station Nangloi once a week, that is, on Mondays at 10:00 am. After completion of parole period he shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.
Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent. Dasti.
