Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Trial Court for grant of bail after surrendering.

In view of the above the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Trial Court is directed to take up the application of the petitioner on the date the petitioner surrenders and decide the same expeditiously.
