% 01.08.2016 Petitioner is in incarceration for more than nine years. During the pendency of appeal, petitioner was granted interim bail on two occasions for one month each. She surrendered in jail after availing the interim bail period. Petitioner's mother is stated to have died on 16th May, 2016. Copy of death certificate has been annexed with the petition. Jail conduct of the petitioner is satisfactory. By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground of filing SLP in the Supreme Court.
Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that
petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of her release, subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner shall stay at B-165, Hari Nagar, New Delhi and shall not leave the territorial bounds of Delhi. She shall report to the SHO police station Hari Nagar once a week, that is, on Mondays at 10:00 am.
After completion of parole period she shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.
Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent. A.K. PATHAK, J.
