% 13.01.2017 The learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor has handed over a cheque bearing no.024784 for a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- (without deduction of TDS) dated 13.01.2017 drawn on Central Bank of India to the Decree Holder in full and final settlement of its claims. The Decree Holder would pay the requisite tax, if any, payable on the aforesaid receipt. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of. The petitioner would be at liberty to revive the present petition in case the cheque is not honoured.
