% 24.07.2018 The petitioners have approached this Court by the petition at hand for quashing of proceedings arising out of FIR No. 546/2009 of police station Saraswati Vihar involving offences punishable under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC on the ground the allegations against them are unfounded, concocted and false. The Additional Public Prosecutor points out that pursuant to the charge-sheet which was submitted on conclusion of investigation, the petitioners have already appeared in response to the process issued by the concerned court under Section 204 Cr.P.C. and the case is at the stage of consideration of the charge. The petition raises question of fact which ought not be addressed in these proceedings under Section 482 Cr.P.C. The petitioners would have the liberty to raise all the contentions urged here before the trial court at the time of consideration of charge. The petition and the pending application are disposed of with these observations.
