This is a petition filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by the Arbitral Tribunal adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties. Counsel for the respondent, who appears on an advance notice submits that the respondent has no objection if the time for making of the Award is extended.

Having perused the contents of the petition as also taking note of the no objection expressed by the respondent, time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of six months with effect from 1st March, 2018.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
