% 10.07.2017 This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of habeas corpus for production of Ms.Sheetal @ Frooti, from the custody of respondent no.2. Pursuant to the directions contained in the order dated 01.05.2017, copy of the marriage certificate along with photographs have been filed. Petitioner submits that in addition to the address provided, he would also provide mobile phone number of his father, i.e., 8954442614 to the respondent no.2 and, in case he wishes to talk to his daughter, he would have no objection. The respondent no.2 submits that he would not interfere in the married life of the petitioner and his wife.
