% 22.07.2016 Petitioner seeks parole for taking care of his ailing mother. It is alleged that mother of the petitioner is receiving treatment for internal injury to her ribcage. A perusal of nominal roll shows that during this year petitioner has already availed furlough twice. He availed furlough of three weeks in the month of February/March, 2016 and furlough of two weeks in the month of May, 2016.

Petitioner has three sisters and one brother. His father is also there. In the status report, it is mentioned that brother of the petitioner is capable of taking care of her mother. I do not find any justification to grant parole to the petitioner in the above facts. Writ petition is dismissed.
