Crl. M.A. No. 19828/2016 For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The delay in re-filing is condoned.

Crl. M.A. No.19826/2016 By this application, the petitioner seeks release of the amount of Rupees One Lakh deposited in the account of Registrar General of this Court in compliance of the order dated 13.02.2012.

It is pointed out that the complainant and the petitioner arrived at a settlement and the amount has already been paid to the complainant under the said settlement. The FIR in question was quashed by this Court on 12.02.2016 in W.P.(Crl.) No.216/2016 & W.P.(Crl.) No.234/2016. In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed. The Registry is directed to prepare the pay order for the amount of Rupees One Lakh along with interest accrued thereon in favour of the petitioner and release the same forthwith.
