% 28.11.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition reserving the contentions set out in the petition as defences to be agitated in the ongoing investigation of FIR No. 211/2018 of police station Gokul Puri carried out pursuant to the directions of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate and if need be thereafter in the proceedings arising from the report of investigation submitted by the police.

The petition along with accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
