% 22.07.2016 Petitioner seeks parole for three months on the ground of taking care of his ailing mother and also to maintain social ties. A perusal of nominal roll shows that petitioner was granted parole last year which concession he had not misused.
Petitioner is in incarceration for about four years. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner shall stay at House No. 28/271, Trilok Puri, Delhi - 110091 and shall not leave the territorial bounds of Delhi. He shall report to the SHO police station Trilok Puri once a week, that is, on Mondays at 10:00 am and after
completion of parole period he shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.
Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of this order be sent to Jail Superintendent. A.K. PATHAK, J.
