O R D E R

% 31.08.2016 By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground of filing the SLP in the Supreme Court.

Status report has been filed and perused.

The conduct of the petitioner in jail for the last one year is satisfactory. Address of the petitioner has also been verified. It is trite to say that every convict is entitled to avail all the legal remedies as may be available to him, upto the highest forum. Earlier parole application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 04.02.2016 passed in W.P. (Crl.). No.2972/2015 since his jail conduct was unsatisfactory. However, as per the latest nominal roll, petitioner's jail conduct is satisfactory. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, petition is allowed and petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount

to the satisfaction of the jail superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner shall stay at T-30, Gali No.1, Chander Puri, Kailash Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi and shall report to the SHO of the concerned Police Station once a week, that is, on Mondays at 10:30 am. Petitioner shall also give his contact number to the SHO. On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of this order be sent to Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance.
