It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the plaintiff that the pecuniary jurisdiction of the case now falls within the domain of the District Courts. Having regard to the pleadings in the suit, the jurisdiction vests in the court of District Judge of South-East District at Saket Court Complex, New Delhi.

Thus, the suit is transferred to the District Judge, (South-East) at Saket Court Complex for further proceedings in accordance with law. 3.

The learned District Judge (South-East) may retain the case on her own board or allocate it to any Additional District Judge under her control within her discretion.

The parties shall appear before the transferee court on 30.01.2017. 5.
