Learned APP on behalf of learned Additional Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the State.

By the present application the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 12th August, 2016 as he is not able to furnish the surety bond for a sum of `25,000/-.

Considering the facts that the petitioner has not been able to avail the benefit of the order dated 12th August, 2016, the same is modified. The petitioner be now released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with W.P.(CRL) 2100/2016

one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate.

Application is disposed of.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
