O R D E R

% 10.09.2018 These petitions under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the „Act‟) have been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by the Sole Arbitrator appointed by this Court vide Order dated 29th September, 2016.

Counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection if the time for making of the Award is extended by this Court. Having perused the contents of the petitions as also no objection expressed by the counsel for the respondent, time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of nine months with effect from today. These petitions are allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
