Mr. George, learned counsel for the respondents hands over a copy of the order dated 11.10.2018 issued by the ITBP, which states that the benefits of the 2nd ACP have been granted to the petitioner w.e.f. 27.09.1999. A copy of the said order is taken on record with a copy furnished to the counsel for the petitioner, who states that the respondents may be directed to release the arrears within a reasonable time. 2.

The respondents are directed to release the arrears payable to the petitioner along with the revised PPO within six weeks from today. 3.
