Mr. R.S. Kela, Advocate.
CORAM:

% 15.05.2017 C.M. No.18310/2017 (for clarification of order dated 22.7.2016 by respondent No.1) 1.
This application is allowed inasmuch as the order dated 22.7.2016 is very clear that benefit is granted to the appellant of entitlement to stay in the suit premises till 31.7.2019 subject to the appellant filing an affidavit of undertaking. The record of this Court does not show that any affidavit of undertaking was filed by the appellant, and therefore, in terms of the order dated 22.7.2016 the appellant will not be entitled to stay in the suit premises till 31.7.2019 and the respondents/decree holders will be entitled to forthwith execute the judgments and decrees dated 4.10.2005 and 23.5.2016. 2.
C.M. is accordingly disposed of.
