% 18.07.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that vide order dated 24.5.2016 he had been directed to pay the arrears of maintenance of six months in spite of the fact that his objection qua the order of maintenance was yet pending.

At this stage, after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will abide by this order and pay this six months maintenance to his estranged wife but his objection shall be decided in a time bound manner.

The Family Judge will dispose of the objection in a time bound frame and preferably within an outer limit of 8 weeks from the date of the receipt of the order.

Petition disposed of.
