% 19.07.2016 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground of filing special leave petition in the Supreme Court and also for maintaining social ties. Petitioner is facing life sentence in the FIR No.393/2007 under section 364-A/368/344/347/120B/34 IPC registered at police station New Ashok Nagar. Past criminal record of petitioner is not good. He has already been convicted in the following cases.
1) FIR No.111/01 under section 2/3 Gangters Act, PS Naseerpur, Ferozabad, UP, SI for 03 years 06 months & fine of Rs.5,000/- I/D 01 months.
2) FIR No.295/2007, under section 2/3 Gangsters Act PS Masaina, Ferozabad, U.P., SI for 03 years 04 months & fine of Rs.5,000/-, I/D 30 days.
3) Cr. No.1077/2004, under section 18/20 NDPS Act, PS Basai
Mohd. Pur, Ferozabad, U.P. sentence to period already undergone and also pay fine of Rs.500/- I/D 15 days on 08.08.2014. Beside this he is facing trial in six more cases details whereof are as under:-
1) S.T. No.04/02, FIR No.123/01, under section 364-A IPC PS Masaina, Ferozabad, U.P.
2) S.T. No.417/02, FIR No.128/01, under section 147/148/149/307 IPC PS Masaina, Ferozabad, U.P.
3) S.T. No.116/01 under section 364-A IPC PS Naseer Pur, Firozabad, U.P.
4) S.T. No.01/05, FIR No.541/04, under section 364 IPC PS Hari Parbat, Agra, U.P.
5) S.T. No.594/04 under section 147/148/149/307 IPC PS Avagarh, Ettah, U.P.
6) S.T. No.02/04 under section 364-A IPC PS Avagarh, Ettah, U.P. I am of the view that it would not be safe to grant parole to petitioner. Petition is dismissed. However, petitioner is at liberty to file special leave petition from jail.
