% 19.07.2016 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground of maintaining social ties. Petitioner is facing life sentence in the FIR No.233/1995 under section 302/307 IPC & 27 A Act registered at police station Adarsh Nagar. He is in incarceration for about seven years.
During trial, he has been granted interim bail thrice. During that period, he has not misused the concession of bail.
Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner
shall report to the SHO of the police station Nand Nagri once a week, that is, on Mondays at 10:00 am and give his contact number to SHO. Petitioner is also directed not to leave the territory of Delhi and after completion of parole period he shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.
